I apologize about the directions to our shuttle service being unclear. We are still trying to change all of our collateral to match where our shuttle pick-up location has moved to. I am very sorry to hear about your experience. We adjust our prices during certain times when our parking is reaching capacity and to remain in competition. I apologize for the directions on the ticket being wrong. Our shuttle pick-up location has just moved and the directions on the ticket have to be changed. We are asking each of our customer service agents to explain the change to you as well as hand out information cards to you at the counter because it is a little more difficult to find. Thank you so much for your feedback; it is good to hear negative feedback about our company so that we can improve your parking experience. I apologize that you were unable to get through when you tried calling our office on 9/28 and I have informed my IT Manager of the problem. I also apologize for the shuttle service experience from the airport to our parking lot. We want to make sure that our guests are picked up and dropped off in a timely manner and 18 minutes is unacceptable to wait. We will work on our shuttle services to and from the airport and I apologize again for making you wait. We are glad to hear that you were delivered to the airport quickly. We like to make our customers happy and get them to their destination promptly, especially when you have to catch a flight! We make sure that our prices are better than the airport and we offer services that they do not such as oil changes, gas refueling options, and interior and exterior car wash services. I am sorry to hear that you weren't able to use our coupon online. Some of our coupons do not work on www.buffaloavp.com depending on the coupon type that is issued. If you find another coupon that doesn't work online, I will be happy to fix it for you and you can just e-mail me at info@budgetbuffalo.com or you can bring in the coupon to our front counter when you drop off your car to park and our service agents will be happy to make the adjustment for you.
