I had to leave my vehicle at your site for three weeks while I was out of town....was able to use a discount coupon which was helpful. Suggestion: on long term parking over 2 weeks reduce the daily rate. I had a good experience with leaving it with your site but it cost me over $200. When I travel, I am gone for 3 or more weeks at a time and do not feel I can afford that much money 3 or 4 times per year when I do travel.

Made a reservation beforehand and printed the confirmation. The agent when checking out could not give me the discount based on the confirmation because there was nothing to scan. Basically he was not able to give me the amount I was supposed to pay and I had to pay full price. He found a coupon for me to use but it was still more than the amount I reserved it for. 2nd time this has happened to me.

We made reservations to make it easier but was not the case. When you leave no one seems to know how to handle the final payment. This is not the first time this has happened. We also made arrangements for our son and son in law to park here and everyone had to wait a very long time to check out late at night when we were tired from traveling all day! Otherwise service is great! Just don't be in a hurry to get out of there if you have reservations- not gonna happen!

Dropping my car off was fantastic, the shuttle was right th ed waiting for us. However when u print out a reservation online make sure you keep it because you will need it at check out! I ended up paying more than I should have due to I did not have my online reservation paper. Since I gave it to the gentleman in the booth in the beginning I thought I didn't need it anymore.
Pick up at the airport was kinda rough.. we had to wait through 3 shuttles in order to get on one. but my car right where I left it, safe and sound:)

When we arrived to go our trip, the bus was right there. Driver loaded our bags into the bus, and when we arrived at the airport he helped us with our bags.
When we returned the following week the bus was just pilling in. Driver loaded our bags and got us to our car, and put our bags into the truck of the car. Both drivers were courteous and helpful.

The shuttle was waiting at the airport, so I did not have to wait. It's not the most convenient spot. The shuttle attendant was very nice and helpful. After I got into my car and got to the pay gate, there was NO ONE there at the booth. So I had to wait. The lady finally came and took my charge card and the pre-deposit paper I had and rang up my sale using my machine ticket from when I first came in. She never looked at my pre-deposit print out paper. She told me I owed $62+. I questioned her. She said I was there for 6 days. I said ok but that is not the price I was quoted on the paper you have in your hand. She started arguing with me. Telling me that is what her machine says. I told her it should have been around $42. It is for $6.99 a day, look at the paper I gave you. Then she made some comment about the Parking Spot owing me. I said that I only paid for the deposit and I owe them about $42. She never looked at the instructions on the paper telling her how to ring up my sale. She finally came up with $41+. and charged my credit card. Meanwhile 3 cars were backed up behind me at 11:30pm. They probably were not happy with me or her. She probably lied to them about what really happened. I was not happy with how she handled the situation and why she was not in the booth when I pulled up.

We are from Toronto so fly out of Buffalo several times a year. We always use The Parking Spot. Location is great. Staff are super friendly and professional. Parking lot is paved, clean and well organized. The van is new, clean and in good working condition and I have never waited more than 5-10 min upon pick up. We also appreciate that when we check out at the gate to pay the balance we are always offered bottles of water for the trip home. I wish every business was as attentive, effecient and economical as The Parking Spot!

My experience with your service was excellent. The driver of the shuttle helped me with my large suitcase. He also had a lot of patience because I couldn't remember if I had turned off my car lights. He just backed up the shuttle so we could check. He was very polite and helped everybody get their luggage. On my return their was another very nice shuttle driver, who again helped me with my luggage. The lady who checked me out was very efficient and friendly. She asked if I'd like some bottled water, which was a very nice touch. Will definitely use your service again.

The parking was great, pickup at airport was very timely, but the driver was rude, threw baggage off the bus and pulled wrong items off, after another passenger and I made the correct baggage exchange, they told me that when they were looking for their vehicle driver slammed on the brakes and passenger was knocked off his feet. All in all, a great experience. The gentleman that picked us up in the parking lot was professional, friendly and made sure to ask if we'd ever used their services before (we hadn't). He also gave us pointers on the process for when we return to the airport.
The way back was just as good. We waited a measly 5 minutes or so - the driver got us directly to our vehicle without delay.
During both trips, the drivers made sure to help out with all the luggage.
Our vehicle was exactly as we had left it (with the addition of a few raindrops...)
On checking out, the gentleman behind the till was courteous, quick, and even offered us a couple bottles of water for our drive back to Canada. Awesome.... will definitely use this service again.

The Parking Spot is really great. I called from baggage claim once we had our bags and by the time we arrived at the pick up location, the shuttle was just driving up so we only waited a few seconds! We waited almost 10 minutes in negative 8 degrees for the shuttle. The parking spaces had 8 inches of snow mounds to burst through at the edge of each spot and then I had to stand in the mound of snow to get my luggage out of my tailgate. On departing, the checkout girl couldn't figure out my copy of my printed statement that showed I paid 5 dollars to reserve my spot. I had to wait over 5 minutes while she tried to figure it out and kept leaving my window to help people entering on the other side.

We brought a smaller car even though we knew we were most likely coming back to a lot of snow. Only thing that was a bit irritating was how close the vehicle next to ours was parked. Unable to get rear door open wide enough to put excess luggage/carryon bag in back seat. Luckily the car on the driver's side was gone so we were able to get it in on that side. No other complaints/issues. Price very reasonable. Will definitely use this service again! And will recommend to others travelling from this location as well.

I tried The Parking Spot for the first time for an exteneded family vacation. I booked a reservation on-line, and parked at the facility. The driver was prompt to load our bags and shuttle us to the airport terminal. Upon our arrival home, the shuttle was waiting where they told us they would be. We had a quick ride back, with a few other customers. When we were droppoed off at our car, the driver helped with our luggage AND cleared the windows of snow. This was excellent customer service, and I plan to use The Parking Spot for all future airport parking needs.

Only drawback was that my Van was covered in snow and there was snow all around the vehicle but no vehicles parked near me. After I cleared a path my wife got in the car, then I waded through the snow to load the luggage in the back.

We have used The Parking Spot for several years. It has always been an excellent experience. On one of my more recent trips to Dallas, Tx, I had a horrendous flight home. Nothing went well, my flights were delayed, connections missed, etc. The only thing that was perfect was The Parking Spot people and my ride back to retrieve my car. The van appeared to be waiting just outside the airport, especially for me. The attendant was extremely polite, carried all my luggage, loaded it all into the van and then into my car. I was given a bottle of water when I checked out ( a very nice touch) and wished a safe journey home. On this last trip our driver was Karl. He apologized for our wait (all of 10 minutes). Again, all our luggage was loaded into his van and then into our car. He could not have been nicer and wished us a safe last leg to our journey. We will always use The Parking Spot!!!! Very convenient spot right across from the airport, and the shuttle service was great and easy to use. We waiting a few minutes after our return, but not many. Only negative was paying the bill. The clerk was surly and asked me if I had a coupon. I said no, I had a reservation. The bill was much higher than expected, so I pulled out the online reservation and she huffed that she had asked if I had a coupon. I said again, all I had was a reservation. She then told me she didn't know how to reverse the charges on my card and I would have to "come back in a few hours" (I live in another city). I told her that wasn't possible and she then offered for me to call the manager later. I did, the manager was very pleasant and quickly credited me, so all ended well, but the clerk's behavior will keep me from rating this 5 stars.

Never tried off site parking always used airport lots. Was a little concerned about availability with the Easter Recess. So I decided to try The Parking Spot based on the reviews it received. They did not disappoint. I was at their lot at 5 am and there was a shuttle waiting for me to unload my bags, the driver loaded them into the shuttle. Picked up a couple of other customers and we were at the airport within 15 minutes. On my return we just missed the shuttle as I exited baggage claim but another arrived within 3 minutes. Back at the lot in about 5 minutes. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I made a reservation online the evening before my flight departure. The Parking Spot offered the lowest rate for long term parking (11 days). The morning of my scheduled departure there was a change in my flight, I then opted to fly out 2 hours earlier, which made me have a mad dash to get to the airport. Since I was driving from Erie, I called to notify The Parking Spot that I would be arriving earlier than my reservation stated. They had no problem with changing my reservation. When we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces, and a daily newspaper. There was also a spot just feet from the entrance and the shuttle was waiting for us. I should mention that this airport parking spot is literally across the street from the airport so there was no wait, and very little commute time. Upon arrival back to the Buffalo Airport we used a courtesy phone to call for the shuttle, no sooner did we set the phone down did the shuttle arrive. Check out was quick and simple, just have your reservation barcode available for the guy at the gate to scan, since we reserved online ahead of time we saved a few dollars which was night. We were also provided with cold bottled water when we left. I would highly recommend The Parking Spot to anyone traveling out of the Buffalo Airport due to their excellent customer service, convenient location and unbeatable prices.

I felt uncomfortable not having a telephone number to call for pick up when flying back into Buffalo from New York. I worried about how the company would know that: I had arrived, I needed to be picked up and how long I would have to wait. This feeling of unease was not pleasant.
Having said that, everything else about the parking experience was 5 star. The driver going to the airport was very good. The driver returning us to the parking lot was above and beyond expectations.

We had the privlege of parking at the Parking Spot at the Buffalo Airport January 14-18, 2014! Our experience with this organization was nothing less than amazing! The shuttle van was pulled up behind our vehicle before we had even opened the doors of the car upon arrival. The courteous driver took full charge of our luggage and we were taken to the airport in a warm and safe manner! Our luggage was removed and taken to the curb directly in front of the JetBlue check-in counter! Upon return, although almost midnight, our shuttle was waiting after we collected our luggage outside exactly as directed on our parking voucher...again, the driver grabbed our luggage and took us directly to our vehicle and loaded our car. Upon arrival to the Parking Spot I didn't think there were as many shuttles available as in past years. We had to wait at least 10 minutes in the snow trying to track down a shuttle at 5am. We ended up walking with our luggage to a shuttle that was at the end of the parking lot. We loaded our luggage and unloaded our own luggage. I didn't feel that you were as accommodating as when it was Sun Park.
I also set this up ahead of time online expecting I had a discount. When I checked out I was told I didn't have a coupon.

I stayed here in December, during the week of constant snow and freezing cold temperatures. The shuttle was waiting at the pick up area when I walked out of the airport, which worked out perfect because I didn't have to stand around in the cold waiting for it. When I got to my car the driver got out and helped me clean the snow off of it. I guess the only bad part of the experience was the fact that there was about 6-8 inches of snow around my car (I'm not really sure there is anything that they could do about that) but it made it very tough to pull out of my parking spot. When I finally did get out though, the roads in the parking lot were well plowed. Overall I would have to say that it was pleased and I would definitely use them again.

I probably had a different experience than most people. We entered and parked in the facility in a most efficient manner. It was on our exit that the Parking Spot showed exactly what type of business they are.
While on vacation, my purse was stolen. Of course my Parking Spot ticket was in it along with my cell phone & credit card. I couldn't access my email to show my confirmation or provide the proof of date of entry with the original ticket. I was wondering what I was going to do or how the employees would handle it. The vacation itself was unsettling. I was hoping for a good outcome.
The gate employee and her manager heard my sad tale. They looked up their records and couldn't find any. I gave them my entry date and they didn't question or give me a hard time. Luckily my sister had her credit card. They put the entire charge on her card, but advised since I had paid for the first day already, that they would refund that day; I just had to email the manager my original confirmation. It was fast, simple and easy. They were so gracious and helpful! The Parking Spot earned my loyalty!

With all their fees, it would be cheaper to park right in the airport parking lots. We got into your lot and the driver was waiting for us to get out of the car. Even thought it was early he was in a good mood and anxious to help us with our bags. Another couple on the bus (with kids) had a lot of stuff but he treated them just as if they were friends. The bus was clean and able to sit comfortably with out worrying about getting dirty. While the airport is renovating (again)we had to go left coming out of the terminal to get to your bus on our return but your driver was waiting there for us in spite of it being 1am. I just want to praise your company for such great service. When we arrived there was a shuttle who immediately followed us to a parking spot. The driver helped us load our bags on and off the shuttle. He was so far away we could not tell that he was picking up passingers, so we thought he was just taking a break. It was hot so we got back into our car. On one particular trip to Texas, when almost everything else went wrong, the yellow spotted bus was a most welcome sight after I dragged my self out of the airport at midnight. My bags were carried, the driver was pleasant. He loaded my bags into my car and wished me a safe drive home. The bus driver who picked us up and drove us to the terminal gave us ticket marked F 30 as our parking spot. When we returned from our trip, we handed the ticket to the bus driver. He drove us to the F 30 area and let us out, got our baggage out, and drove off. We were standing there looking for our car. Pulling three pieces of luggage, we walked around until we found the car approx. ten spaces away F-40. The first driver made a mistake on the ticket. The second driver drove off with us standing there looking for our car.

We arrived at 5:45am recently to catch a flight at 7am...we grabbed our belongings and waited behind our vehicle, in full view. There was a shuttle at the other end of our parking aisle with it's motor running and lights on. For whatever reason, it did not come to pick us up within several minutes, so we were forced to drag our suitcases almost the full length of the aisle to reach it. Once we arrived, the driver had no explanation...to say the least, a bit of a rough start...
When we returned from our trip, the shuttle promptly parked alongside the stop opposite the baggage claim outside the airport. The process was very efficient. At the exit of the lot, upon paying our bill, the woman in the booth offered us both bottles of water..a nice and surprizing offer.

My husband and I pulled into your parking lot at 5:00 a.m.on September 5, 2011 and found a parking spot right away in A section and before we could get our bags out of our car the bus was there waiting for us. The driver could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We have always used this parking lot since we have been traveling and have found it easy to get to and everyone has always been very friendly from the drivers to the people working in the check-out booth. The buses are always so clean and well maintained and when we arrive back at the airport we never have to wait long to be picked up and taken back to pick up our car. We always make our reservations on-line because we are always guaranteed a parking spot and it is so much easier.

WHEN WE ARRIVED WE TOOK A TICKET AND FOLLOWED THE DIRECTION OF THE ARROWS FOR A "PARKING SPOT". The shuttle was waiting for us after we parked. The shuttle driver was very courteous and helpful with our bags. When we returned, We didn't have to wait at all. The shuttle was right there and again helped us with our bags. The cashier was very pleasant as well. I omitted to say the reservation was done online and 1 day was paid in advance and the balance on departure. I would have preferred to be able to pay the whole week at once online.

I was very impressed with the customer service and how the shuttles were there both on our departure and return without a second wait! I loved it. And then we were leaving and we were all offered a bottled water...which was AWESOME because we all happened to be very thirsty after the flight!
The only downside was because I prebooked, I couldn't use the coupon I had...and it wouldn't take the code when I was booking online. Although, this was offset by the water! haha Just suggesting that even if you reserve to be sure you have a spot, you should be able to use the coupon too at the gate.
But we will definitely always use The Parking Spot whenever we fly.

I always use Sunpark/Airport parking. But this time I found a 20% off coupon during my flight (inside the Southwest in-flight magazine). I presented it to the cashier who wouldn't take it...saying it wouldn't amount to much. Poor service in deed. I asked if it would be a better deal to apply it (vs my online reservation). She simply said "it's about the same" without actually telling me what it was worth. Don't set up my expectations only to shoot them down.

The reservation was easily made online and upon arriving we easily found a parking spot, was shuttled to the airport, the driver hauled our luggage from our car to the shuttle and from the shuttle to the curb where we checked in. The experience was largely uneventful, which is what we want. We were picked up and dropped off promptly, the drivers were helpful and the payment process went smoothly, including our discount coupon.
However, although we were gone only 10 days, upon our return we were at first confused that there was no Fastrack any longer. We were nervous about getting on an airport bus that said Parking Spot without any reference to Fastrack.
As we had made a reservation, Fastrack was aware, as Parking Spot was, that there would be a name change during our trip. I would have hoped that:
1. We would be told before we left of the name change,
2. You would have advised us via e-mail during our trip about the name change, or
3. There would be some effort to have the Parking Spot bus indicate, at least for a short time, that it would take us to the parking location formerly known as Fastrack.

We were very shocked when we returned from our trip to find our car had been moved without our permission. This was un-professional for them to assume we would not object to our vehicle being moved. We will be taking our vehicle to the dealership to make sure nothing was disturbed by this move. I have no problems with FastTrack itself. A driver was there immediately to shuttle us to, and then back from, the airport. My problem is that I made the reservation on-line and had to pay a deposit. After returning late in the evening from our trip to Paris, I was unable to get my hands on my print-out to prove I'd paid the deposit. I called a couple of days later and was informed that I can kiss the deposit goodbye(my words)because the reservation was made using a third party. The man with whom I spoke was very nice, but said he can't do anything about it because it's beyond his control.

I have been a customer of this parking facility for over 30 years - probably 2 to 4 times a year for a week to 10 days each visit - the time it took for the bus to arrive at the airport this past Sunday was longer than usual - the cost of the week's parking seemed a bit higher than usual - therefore the comment that there is some minor deterioration in service, although we were still quite satisfied - in recent years the NFTA has become much more competitive (we watched several of their buses go by while we waited) - it wouldn't take much more slippage for us to give them a try - but otherwise, we remain quite positive on the experience

I departed at 5am and there was no heat...then arrived six days later at 12(midnight) and it was cold again...you would think they would have heat on so you didnthave rinses your breath. When I went to pay at the end of my trip they said the $7.99 rate only covered the first 5 days and the next day cost me an extra $10...be sure to read the agreement Abd fine print before you reserve online.... Other than those complAints I got where I needed to be and was picked up in a timely mannor.

We got there at 3:30 in the morning, and despite there being 2 shuttles, both drove right by us and didn't pick us up. We stood waiting in the freezing cold for several minutes. There should be somewhere to stand and wait that is a shelter of some sort. On the way back the shuttle was great and the driver was very friendly. However, when we were leaving the lot, the cashier didn't know what to do with our receipt from the website, and kept insisting we don't use third party companies. After about 10 minutes, she figured it out, but we were still overcharged by a couple of dollars.

FastTrack parking is convenient for a variety of reasons. One, it is close to the airport and the shuttles are fast and always available when you need them. Two, the shuttle drivers are very friendly and helpful. Three, the price is decent. One complaint I do have, however, is getting blocked in by snow. Obviously it is difficult to avoid this, since the snowplows inevitably will push snow behind the cars. A possible solution would be to put up awnings or a roof. A cheaper solution which is probably more feasible would be for the shuttle drivers to have a shovel with them so then can shovel the snow behind the person's car before they leave. When the driver dropped me off at my car, he used his foot to move some snow, which was nice, but it wasn't enough. I still had to go out and move more snow before my car would budge.

Messrs: We had an excellent experience using your parking lot and shuttle service to the Buffalo, NY airport terminal. Your shuttle drivers are courteous and very helpful. Best of all; when we came back to Buffalo we did not have to call your lot office to request a shuttle pick-up. Your shuttle van was already waiting at the passenger pick up area. All we had to do was walk down to the shuttle and the driver helped us load our baggage and off we went. Great service. We will use your services for sure next time we travel. Keep up the good work.

Experience with FastTrack was very good ... easy pre-registration, and met at parking spot immediately (although it was 5:30 AM). However, it was extremely cold in Buffalo on our departure day and the bus had no heat. The driver was frozen and it was certainly not fair to him to be in such a cold envionment. On pick-up on our return, we waited about 10 minutes for a bus, again with little or no heat. Heard they have new busses on property, but are waiting for a 'special' day to use them. Return driver even loaded suitcases into our car as we cleaned off the snow; nice gesture.
Yes, I would definitely use FastTrack again; economical, convenient and good service, but they just have to do something about the heat in the busses!

The men who drive the vans are really helpful and very polite. When we arrived in Buffalo very late Friday night, the van driver waited to make sure our car started.
We did, however, lose our ticket and I had to give our printed itinerary to the cashier to prove our travel dates. Why wasn't our reservation in the system?

Can't complain about my parking experience. If anything it seemed a bit more customer friendly/focused than in the past. The parking location card that I was given when I left was new to me and a nice touch.
I park in this lot the once or twice a year that I travel. The biggest issue I have is that it seems every time I search for it's under a different name. This trip I noticed signs say it was becoming "ParkingSpot" or something similar. Like the service, but the name chasing is a bit much. A minor annoyance though. :)

Last week Thursday I stayed at the FastTrack lot at the Buffalo Airport.
The parking lot was getting paved so finding a spot was a bit difficult since half the lot was unavailable for use.
I did find a spot against the fence because I was not comfortable in the tight parking spot between two trucks.
The parking spots are quite narrow so I was OK against the fence. The Shuttle was waiting for me as I stepped out of my vehicle and the Driver was quite pleasant during the drive to the Airport.
My only surprise was that my payment as I checked out was higher than my pre-approved statement - I also was not issued a receipt from the Billing Clerk so I could not check as to why the higher price.

Fast Track parking is very convenient. We have been parking here for years. You pull in, a bus follows you to your car, the driver helps you load your luggage on and off the bus. It takes you across the street to the airport right to the door of your airline. Can't get any better than that. Their is always a bus waiting outside baggage to get you back to your vehicle as well. Oh, don't forget to tip the driver. I get so frustrated watching him help passengers load their 50 lb suit cases and walk off without so much as a thank you.

This is the ideal why of parking near an airport. Just drive in and a van follows you to your car. Walk 5 feet to the van and you are wisked away to the area closest to your airline counter. On return a phone call gets you a van back to your car in no time. All this and help with your luggage. I recommend this service to all my friends and family.
