Parking at Denver International Airport
AirportParking.com is here to make your search for Denver Airport parking as convenient and effortless as possible. If you’re flying in and out of Denver, there are several parking options to choose from that are close by the airport so you can get to your flight on time. Currently, users can reserve spaces at two DEN parking locations, both of which provide complimentary Denver Airport transportation. There are also two other off-site parking lots available with shuttle service to Denver Airport.
Additionally, those seeking DEN long term parking have on-airport parking options available. Garage, valet, and short-term parking options are all covered and close to the terminal, though these options are the most expensive. There are multiple economy lots available, with prices varying depending on distance. All of the economy lots feature complimentary shuttle service.
DEN Airport Guide
Denver International Airport (DEN) serves Denver, Colorado, along with other neighboring cities like Boulder and Colorado Springs. Set amidst the picturesque view of the Rocky Mountains, the airport is the tenth busiest airport in the world in terms of passengers, serving over 52 million passengers in 2010.
DEN is approximately 35 minutes from downtown Denver. Both I-70 and E-470 are easily accessible from the airport via Peña Boulevard. If public transportation is more of your style, the Regional Transportation District provides a few bus routes from the airport.
Denver Airport uses the Jeppesen Terminal as a central location for pick-up, drop-off, and check-in.
- Concourse A is mostly used by Frontier Airlines, but domestic carriers AirTran, Alaska, American, Great Lakes, and JetBlue also use this concourse. Flights from international carriers Air Canada, Aeromexico, British Airways, and Lufthansa can also be found here.
- Concourse B is utilized by United Airlines and its regional partners. Its merger partner Continental Airlines operates here, as well as Star Alliance partner US Airways.
- Concourse C is primarily the home for Southwest Airlines, though Delta’s flights also operate here.
All three concourses are connected to the main terminal via an underground train. Terminal A is also connected to the main terminal by a bridge that provides unique views of the airport and of the Rockies.
Denver Airport is unique among hub airports in the United States, as it is home to three airlines with massive operations – Frontier, Southwest and United Airlines (O’Hare is the primary hub for United, with Denver following second). While these airlines have a looming presence at Denver Airport, other major U.S. air carriers also serve the airport, as well as international carriers like Air Canada, Aeromexico, British Airways, and Lufthansa.Resources/Helpful Links
- Shuttles coming from long term parking lots not located at Denver International Airport will drop off and pick up passengers at their terminal.
- Given the fact that there is one terminal in Denver Airport where all security takes place, it is highly recommended to plan your trip accordingly and arrive early for your flight to ensure you go through security and make your plane on time.
- Public transportation to Denver and surrounding areas is available through the Regional Transportation District (RTD).
- Those waiting to pick up passengers can park at the 45-minute Waiting Area or “cell phone lot†at the Denver Airport, located three miles from Jeppesen Terminal off Pena Boulevard and 75th Avenue.
- DEN Airport offers free Wi-Fi internet access throughout all three gates within the Jeppesen Terminal.
