Parking At Miami International Airport
If you’re looking for parking at Miami International Airport, AirportParking.com has you covered! Parking at Miami that is operated by the airport includes long term parking found in the Dolphin and Flamingo garages, which serve the North Terminal, and the Central and South Terminals, respectively. Short-term parking is also available. All of these options are close to the terminals, while economy parking is further away, though a shuttle service is offered. Valet service is also available.
You can also reserve parking at three off-airport parking facilities, all which offer free transportation to and from the airport. Two of these locations are hotels with open parking, while another facility offers covered parking and provides optional valet service.
MIA Airport Guide
For years, Miami has served as a vital connection point for air traffic between North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America. The airport is a hub for American Airlines, which operates domestic and transatlantic flights from the airport, but is perhaps best known for its extensive flights to destinations like St. Thomas, Aruba, Rio, Panama City, and more cities in Central and South America. The airport is also served by all of the major domestic airlines (except Southwest) and has ample service from international carriers as well.
Unlike some major airports that are located in a city suburb, Miami is located within the city limits, only a few miles from downtown Miami and close to cities like Coral Gables. Direct access to Interstate 95 is provided with the Airport Expressway. There is only one entrance to the airport located along North 42nd Avenue.
Miami International has three terminals - North, Central, and South. The North Terminal only has one concourse (D), which is used by American for its hub operations. Concourses E, F, and G are located in the Central Terminal, which is often used for international operations. American uses Concourse E, while other airlines utilize the remaining two concourses. The South Terminal has Concourses H and J. The former is full of SkyTeam air carriers like Delta, Air France, and Alitalia, while Concourse J is often used by Star Alliance members such as Lufthansa, United, and US Airways. These concourses, however, are not exclusive to those alliances.
