Budget-conscious travelers may prefer the two economy parking lots, designated as North and South Long Term Economy Parking, respectively. These lots are the farthest from the terminal, but free shuttle bus service is available so you get from your car to your flight on time. Those interested in parking more conveniently located can choose from both garage and surface-level parking. The Long-Term Garage, Quick-Park Garage and North Side of Garage all offer a large number of parking spaces, albeit at a more expensive rate. OMA Airport Guide Omaha, Nebraska’s commercial airport, Eppley Airfield (OMA), provides service to the city to many major airline hubs across the country. Located three miles northeast from the business district of Omaha, Nebraska, Eppley is the largest airport in the state of Nebraska, providing service to cities in eastern Nebraska, western Iowa, and parts of Missouri, Kansas and South Dakota. Over 4.2 million passengers passed through the Eppley Airfield terminal in 2010. The airport is conveniently located for travelers, close to Interstates 29, 80, and 480, providing easy access to the surrounding areas. Travelers who are more public transit-oriented can board the Omaha Metro (route 16) right at the airport. While Frontier Airlines (after merging with Midwest Airlines) has named Eppley Airfield a focus city for its flights, Southwest Airlines is the largest air carrier at the airport. Other airlines flying in and out of Omaha Airport include American, Delta, United and US Airways. Nonstop flights to destinations like Detroit, Chicago, Tampa and Dallas, for example, make much of the country (and the globe) easy to access from Omaha with only one connection. The airport has only one terminal, with flights departing from two concourses:
