Valet Parking Instruction

Valet:  Enter off Century BLVD - FIRST Driveway - with signs "Valet Parking". After entering the first driveway follow signs towards "Valet Parking" and locate a valet attendant, as they will graciously assist you. Please have either the mobile or printout copy ready for review to ensure a speedy transaction. A valet attendant will review and help you through the process. During this process, the Valet Attendant will carefully park your vehicle in the trusty facility designated for valet cars only. At the front drive, you will wait for a blue shuttle with a "Hilton LAX" marker that passes every 15-25 minutes. This shuttle will take you directly to the airport and makes stops through every terminal. Upon your return, you will have to stop by the Valet Booth and present them with your itinerary to complete the process.


Self Parking Instruction

Self Parking: Enter off Century BLVD - Second Driveway, immediately after the Valet Parking Entrance - Look for Hilton "Self Parking Entrance" to ensure you are entering the Hilton Parking Garage. All guests using this option enjoy the luxury of a fully covered parking facility with 24 hour security monitoring. After entering the parking structure, you will need follow signs and drive towards the THIRD FLOOR (P3) to find the entrance gates. Each reservation has a QR Code that you will use to scan in order to open the gate. You can use a paper copy or mobile device to scan QR code but if using mobile device, it is recommended that you have the itinerary with the QR code saved as WIFI can be limited depending on the phone carrier. Once the gate opens, you can park in any open spot that you find from Fourth (P4)- Sixth (P6) levels. Once parked, you will find the nearest elevators and select the option (L) indicating Lobby floor and find the front entrance of the hotel. Once at the front drive, you will wait for a blue shuttle with a "Hilton LAX" marker that passes every 15-25 minutes. Upon your return, you will need to scan the QR code once again to open the gates. 

In the case that QR code is NOT scanning, can't pull up your reservation, lost email confirmation, etc, please follow these instructions. Once reaching the third floor (p3), please pull a ticket as if you were a hotel quest and save this ticket. You will have to visit the Valet Booth located at the front drive upon your return, where a cashier will review your reservation and issue you an exit pass/voucher. Without the voucher/exit pass you will not be able to exit the parking facility and will have to call for assistance at the exit gates. 

 

Airport Transportation

All of our shuttles are blue and read Hilton LAX in the front the vehicle. Additionally, Hilton LAX shuttles run every 15-25 minutes and can be located in the Front Drive of the hotel.
