Upon arrival, pull a ticket to enter the garage. You MUST have this ticket in order to exit
You may park anywhere from level 2 and above that doesn't say "Reserved"
Proceed to the shuttle pickup area. Shuttle leaves approximately every 10-15 minutes
**ATTENTION: When returning to your car, BEFORE exiting the garage, you MUST present a copy of your prepaid Reservation Receipt to the cashier to get your receipt validated. DO NOT PAY AGAIN AT THE GARAGE. If the proper procedure is not followed, customers will be charged the higher posted rate with no exception.
NOTE: In-and-out privileges are not allowed.
