Announcement from Shepard Road Airport Parking:
- Check for Reservation Confirmation QR Code in Junk/Spam folder if not found in Primary Email
- Park in your reserved area if Lot chosen and Ramp is where vehicle parks, customer will be responsible for additional charges
- Beginning on 10/6/21 drop-off area will be relocated to current pickup location at Terminal 1
- Do not pull a ticket or press button for a ticket, instead scan your QR Code on the scanner on the left side of the kiosk from your Reservation Confirmation when arriving and exiting to deduct the pre-paid amount.

Arrival Info
- Upon arriving at the lot, please scan your reservation bar code from your reservation confirmation at the relative uncovered lot or covered ramp entrance. Do not pull a ticket - reservation bar code must be scanned.
- If you have any issues or questions please see the cashier located in the ramp office prior to check-in. For covered ramp customers, check out is at the cashier window.
- IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE SCANNING YOUR BAR CODE PLEASE STOP BY THE OFFICE
- Reservations that extend past the reserved dates and times or park in the Covered Ramp when Uncovered Lot was reserved are subject to additional charges that will be due at the time of exiting lot (normal Daily Rates apply to extended stays)
- The parking Ramp portion of our facility has 4 floors. Levels 1-3 are covered parking. Level 3.5 and Level 4 are both uncovered. The covered parking area is available on a first come, first served basis. Reservations for covered parking do not guarantee a covered parking spot. In the event that you reserve and pre-pay for covered parking and are unable to park in a covered spot, we regret that we cannot reimburse you for the difference.
- Refunds will not be issued on-site to customers who pull a ticket and pay for that ticket at the exit of Shepard Road Airport Parking. Prepaid reservations MUST be scanned in and scanned out.
- Rates are for Cars and Trucks, Oversized vehicles or trucks with trailers are subject to an adjusted oversized rate on site. Oversized rate is $40 per day plus taxes and fees, prepaid amount will be deducted and balance will collected on site.

- Shuttle service to and from the airport runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
