Arrival Info

Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the time you would like to arrive at your airport terminal. Please be prepared to show a copy of your Reservation Receipt. After checking in at the front desk and registering your vehicle, customer can park in the lot & EZ Airport Parking shuttle driver will drop the customer in the shuttle to the airport. Additional charge of $5 per day plus tax will apply to larger vehicles (i.e. above 7 seats, Cargo vans, Pickup trucks, motor homes, and trailers).

Airport Transportation

After checking in at the front desk you can self park or our staff will park in the lot and keep the keys. EZ Airport Parking shuttle driver will drop the customer in the shuttle to the airport. Return Pickup/Shuttle Information: Once you have collected your luggage, Please proceed to the following pick-up areas: For Terminal 1, please proceed to Arrival Level Post Number E3 For Terminal 3, please proceed to Arrival Level Post Number 17 Once you arrive at the designated pick-up area, Please call 905-672-2575 for shuttle.
